Melania has an educational background in travel and brings over ten years of travel industry experience. She specializes in the design, planning and organization of bespoke travel programs for both leisure and corporate clients.
Prior to joining team, she has worked internationally in luxury hotel sales, events and marketing with some of the most prestigious brands in the hospitality industry. While she covers all areas of travel services, her specialty areas are incentive travel, European and Middle East travel.
Creative, outgoing and passionate about customer service, she enjoys outdoor activities like walking and hiking and likes to travel to exotic destinations to escape the Swiss cold.
Vicky
Travel Management
Balancing creativity with logistics, Ms Wernick leads the planning and execution of incentive travel and events, from the initial conception to their successful completion. She coordinates both teams and external contractors to ensure that organizational goals and expectations are met. Resourceful and highly organized ms Wernick has a wide experience in the service industry in UK and Spain. She able to anticipate guests' needs and passionate passionate about building long-lasting client relationships.
If she is not planning and organizing some fabulous client's trip or wedding abroad, then you will find her somewhere on Mallorca enjoying good food and a glass of fine wine.
Abdel
Travel & Operations
A native of Morocco, Abdel brings not only several years of international experience in the luxury hospitality industry but also deep insider knowledge and expertise.
He is responsible for bringing the magical and authentic side of Marrakech and Morocco to Indigo's travel experiences and for managing and overseeing all on-site operations.
Proud of his Berber roots and culture,
when Abdel is not working, he loves to spend time in the high Atlas Mountains where he can fill his soul with peace and harmony.
Jacob
Travel & Operations
Born in Kenya, Jacob grew up on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, where he woke up every morning to the breathtaking sight of the majestic mountain and the chirping of birds. Occasionally, he would see elephants strolling by.
His fascination with nature and love for his home country led him to an education in tourism.
After qualifying, he worked as a professional safari guide, tour leader, and later a professional consultant.
With a deep passion for conservation, he leverages his vast expertise and understanding of wildlife behavior and safari code to create the best African memories for our discerning clientele.
Carlos
Digital Marketing and Web Development
Raised between Miami and Mallorca, designer, developer and entrepreneur Carlos has a unique knack for translating our founder's vision and ideas into code.
Born with a passion for technology, Carlos has extensive experience in web development as well as in-depth understanding of security, SEO, online marketing, and optimization.
He is an advocate of structure and simplicity in both design and code and a perfectionist.
